Create problem - sell solution.

Why can i boost a character for 50€ when i can’t transfer my lvl 70 for 25€?
50 is more than 25, isn’t it? Don’t worry, they will open up transfers once Boost sales dry out.

Depends on what is your intent.
While in both cases you get a high level character on a new server, the boosted character doesn’t have the riches. You have to establish yourself. Gold, materials, professions, mounts and pets, reputations, anything else.

I would guess because you already have a character you can boost, where moving a 70 is adding to the congestion as most people who want to move don’t play there.
You are to late. When a server is full than the server is full. Play your main on another server, metarealms are to full.
Actually you can move to a full realm mostly, I think we are talking about locked realms.
