i am getting mad with this site, i got a problem and i just want to submit a ticket and nothing else, how hard can it be to just let ppl make a ticket?
or maybe ppl here can help, i wanted to use a raid lockout every week from only 1 character instead of needing to full clear (except boss that can drop the mount)
but i accepted the last weeks lock by mistake and now i have to wait 6 days, the run is just ruined. the game doesn’t let me reset it, i havenot killed the boss this week (after reset) but it kept me on a cleared run. its ridiculous. yes its my fault, thats why i wanted to ask in a ticket so they can remove the lock and give me a fresh run.
