when i play my healer i get flamed alot maybe im bad idk
but then when people can put u on ignore and keep whispering u and u cant reply even there is noting more tilting

Put whispers in a different window, that way you wonât have to see them. Then close the windows afterwards
(I will agree itâs a bizarre functionality - but to give Blizzard the benefit of the doubt maybe they unignore you long enough to writer whatever they feel like and then put you on ignore instantly after!?)

It is like in real life with calls from sales, if someone whispers me after games or during and I do not know them, ill just close to the whisper window without even opening

Dont call them like that. There are many people that actually wants to help others by giving advice but it also can be taken as âinsultâ by the person who recieves the message.
Insults out of nowhere rarely happen.
Report function for chat should of never happened. What do we have ignore for? Isnât that enough? Reports take too much time for GMs to go through it. Imagine if report function for chat got removed how much time they will have to for example balance PvP and other stuff.

For the OP, my advice: Put whispers in another window and read them with an accent of your choice while waiting in queue. Might give you a good laugh.
This did wide me up the other day.
Was in a mythic + group gave up then I got loads of message from a player saying I was the worst healer he had ever played with and saying how I got boosted and paid for this and that. Telling me to go learn to heal and learn a healers rotationsâŚ
I tried to reply but some how he had ignored me and I couldnâtâŚ

People dont just get rude randomly so you guys must be doing something to provoke them into insulting you guys. Or your just afk whole game dragging down your team, of course people will be pissed. Same in real life, do you guys think someone will just walk up to you and rage� Come on guys be real 
Dont be toxic and no one will bother to whisper you anything. See for example valdrakon how he opened his mouth and started blabbing about âlow IQâ. If he were to say that in-game of course he will get some toxic stuff slung back to him. Matter of fact I wont personally say something back because I am well mannered and I am also a role model to large numbers of people on the forum.
Conflicts are fully avoidable if you dont provoke others or are a nuisance to your team.

I have never been offered any advice over a whisper, only insults or people writing brain dead stuff like, I owned you or get wrecked A-hole or F you
Only get these crazy whispers in shuffle and only when healing, mostly from other healers and especially healers doing that is confusing
I realized that wisdom and patience are common in hunters, especially in MM ones. I mean the ones who have been playing for years as main. I wondered the reason and thought over it. My conclusion is playing a spec insistently that F tier for last 20 years requires too much Ăźbermensch traits.

The devs that balance classes and the CS reps that handle reports don´t even sit on the same floor (or in this case even in the same country), much less are they the same people.
Most CS reps couldn´t write a line of code if you put a gun to their head, simply because their job doesn´t require it⌠and now you want them balancing classes? I have âminor doubtsâ that doing that would actually lead to measurable improvements 
I am aware the slobs handling the reports are not the same people as the developers. However what I meant is Blizzard could have fired the guys handling the reports and removed the report chat function. Thus they could save money and use it to hire more developers to balance things out and the game.
We already have Ignore button so anything more than that is useless spending on their part. The only logical solution is to keep Ignore button and remove both chat report and ticket report regarding chat.
To be honest, me personally would have removed Ignore button aswell because people need to endure whatever others write to them. 
With all due respect, this post is a perfect examply of why Ingore lists and reports need to exist.
You yourself just outright insulted all Blizzard CS reps as âslobsâ for absolutely no reason other than that you can. Maybe because you don´t like something about the way they work, maybe not, it is entirely irrelevant to the behavior displayed⌠Just like many players will happily insult anyone who isn´t playing the way they feel is proper, especially when they´´re still learning, and drive player after player away from teh game before they even get to max level, I could give you at least a dozen charnames with realm that aĂpplies to without even having to think about it⌠Is one player more important that 12, now?
And people should have to endure that without getting paid for it?? Abso F-inlutely NOT, anywhere, and especially not in a video game where the only reason they think they can get away with it is because they´re âanonymousâ.
Half of the stuff I´ve seen people get called would be a 500⏠fine in rl, but becaus it´s a video game it´s somehow ok? By exrtension, are death threats fine, too?
Sorry, but in my 25 years in this industry, the only people that ever campaigned for not having ignore lists and not being able to report misconduct are those that themselves have a penchant for unnecesarily insulting others for absolutely no reason, such as you have displayed in the very first sentence.
