Well, the race should have access to both shadow and Fel (mainly, like at least 95 %) magics, both really not accepted by Night elves anyway. Question is ofc if shadow = Void, if they create their own shadow magic from the Fel energies that they dispose etc.
I mean it is quite clear why Night elves would eliminate anyone with even traces of Fel magic with their history.
I am still adamant that there is 0 reasons for Night elves to have Warlock class.
If Highborne Night elves are ever introduced as playable, then why not?
No, just no, ESO has very loose connection of races/classes, you can even become entirely different class on your char anyway.
WoW has its own ways and it should keep it, we as players do not have as much freedom at lower levels, we are purely dependant on what the society we come from can offer.
They were, in cataclysm, the Nelves even have a skin that looks distinctly highborne (like all the ones in dire maul look)
Again, lore wise - your night elf PC could be an outcast who learnt fel magic from a satyr and then went to stormwind out of the prying eyes of Kaldorei society (pre-teldrassil burning)
to limit the classes is to limit the Role playing element, especially when the lore isnât consistent.
No, you can roleplay to be like that, but at low levels, we are just noobs, who need training and are very dependant. We canât choose to change our class midway or start in different zone with its own background. That is defining and it imo should stay like that.
There are still skin colours like that though, in lore there are also red - skinned Night elves.
Well he is a trickster and prolly Highborne from Azsharasâs time, so like 10k before you as PC become adventurer.
They can be because of âthe other side of Elune - the darker oneâ.
There are weirder ones - Holy VE, Shadow BE, Shadow Tauren etc⊠but they do not exist in the Lore, they still usually use one force XD
You know, playable priests consist of: Holy, Shadow, Moon, Tide priests and even medics (gnomes, goblins) and âSun priestsâ (tauren, so basically Druids?)
This class is a mess and should have class skins, if they are ever implemented
Iâd rather they were consistent with their own lore all the time. Like I said, it should be 100% lore based or everything should be able to be anything.
