Why can't i loot?

Why can’t i loot ashenvale chimera? Its been 3 week since i am trying it and i am trying it everyday.

You can only loot these rares once a cycle for the mounts.

Rares do not take long to respawn after death, and the drop rate on their items is low. You can kill the rares as often as you want, but you can only get a chance at their special loot once per character per contribution cycle.
