Do you have an active sub? If you don’t then it limits you to categories you can post to.
yes i have active sub its bugged this month
I had similar problem- got access to only few forum categories. My account was hacked after cata when I stopped playing and most likely it got banned/muted from Forums (Boosters/Gold sellers prolly used this account for spamming). Coming back in BFA I had to contact support to get it unbanned from forums.
