Why can't I queue for the Vanilla dungeons?

I level as a Mag’har Orc, I’m level 26. I level through the Vanilla campaign, Silverpine and Southshore. I have NOT chosen a Chromie timeline.

Why can’t I queue the Vanilla dungeons, like Scarlet Monestary? I can queue for BfA dungeons, which is really weird.

You can. Just select to cata timeline.
