Why cant i use any dps meter

I’ve tried every major dps meter and nothing gets logged in the meter. It is blank. No people’s damage or dps appears in it.

the combat log is enabled.

Anyone know what could be wrong?

Did you enable DPS meter for current fight? I’m sure there is an option for it in Recount and Skada, don’t know about Details, didn’t use it yet.

Yes it is set to damage done.

also change to DPS if you want to see dps, Damage Done is not DPS per se.

also 2. make sure you installed fresh version of addon that is not out of date :slight_smile:

All up to date addons, i’ve even disabled all addons and only had recount enabled and it still doesnt work. Thanks for trying to help so far though.

Try right clicking on recount red bar and choose DPS, then click on the little page near trumpet and set it to current fight. So your recount should look like this to the lefthttp://i.imgur.com/IDnZObl.jpg?1 with DPS: Current Fight

Its on current fight now :frowning: still no luck. ive deleted the LUA file for it and reloaded and its still not working. No dps meters are working for me at all.

Delete any DMG meter folders from your addon folder and try installing this one https://www.wowace.com/projects/recount/files/2678205/download

also delete your cache folder in wow/retail
