Mythic mog gear can be farmed in new expansions but pvp enchant cant.
Because it would trigger a certain group of elitists.

what it has to do with elitists ? ive seen ton of glads,duelists from early expansions who are garbage now,and also its only 2.1 and an illusion,whats a big deal ?
They are meant to be obtainable only during the season I guess. Much like titles. It’s good to have stuff in the game that is not available to everyone.
They got elite sets titles and mounts.Illusions are not a big deal
People use enchanting tmogs? Why ? I’m happy we can hide that ugly glow on weapons
Yeah I agree, it takes away from the prestige of PvE achievements.
Mythic gear should be removed after the next patch, like elite PvP sets.

It’s funny because the only people who care about prestige are the people who think they have it 
I’m not that much into pvp so i may be wrong, but couldn’t you buy all the pvp sets and weapon and such through vendors with marks of valor? Like you can farm old mounts with saddles?
if we’re devaluing all old exclusive items id like to buy all the challenge mode weapons and armor transmogs as well ty
You could always get carried in PvP, though gladiator title is probably a bit more difficult to do it with but not impossible.
However it wouldn’t devalue anything if all previous rewards were added to a pool of rewards you could pick from if you acquired high enough rank in a season. Like with the Vicious saddle.
Unlike what we have in today where plenty of these rewards ends up being unused. Or when it comes to Elite sets where only one factions color theme is obtainable like with cataclysm paladin set.
You can buy the regular sets, not the elite ones.
