Shouldn’t it come with reset?
We decided to open Celestial Dungeons for all realms in all regions.
The remainder of the reward unlocks for Heart of Fear and Terrace of Endless Spring won’t happen until weekly maintenance two weeks after their release (on 3 September and 17 September), as previously announced.

Couple of things,
the 22nd and the 5th are neither the day of weekly reset.
So are you instead talking about the 21st or the 4th?
Second of all, previously it was mentioned the LFR gear from the raids will be release 2 weeks after their respective raids are release, this would mean we would get
HoF LFR gear on the vendor on: 4 september
ToES LFR gear on the vendor on: 18 september
It would greatly be appreciated if we could know which post is leading

Those release dates weren’t what was previously announced for the Celestial loot.
September 2: Celestial Dungeons HoF Celestial rewards available.
September 16: Celestial Dungeons ToES Celestial rewards available.

Those are NA dates from an US article. Kaivax wrote the correct EU dates. It happens on our weekly reset.
This is so funny, no vendors but it was „planed“ to open the dungeons.

There’s a vendor for the new fragments. In Shrine, upstairs, opposite the inn.
If what you’re saying is true, that means that EU will get HoF Celestial gear 2 weeks before NA? Nope, not happening.

The article says Sept 2 and Sept 16 for celestial dungeon - Kaivax says Sep 3 and Sep 17 which is correct as it’s part of our weekly reset.
I’m unsure where you are getting those 2 weeks from.

All I can say is Sep 3 and Sep 17 are the correct days.

Cant we get a filter to only show pieces used by our class/spec? sifting through pages of cloth/leather/mail/plate is annoying, or any1 know an addon or something that does it?

And now you understand why people enter MSV opening 8 hours early. Because at any time, you got a blue post when the race is over saying that they “decided” to open early. But they banned 4h for that.
I’m very hurry to bet when will really open HoF 
, and if it was “decided” or if it was one more mistake
