Why delve’s caves dont show me about faction rep reward

When I’m in Azj kahet. Cleaned key, cave reward gave me “Council of Dornogal” rep.
Since I guessed Azj kahet’s caves could be “The Severed Threads” rep.

Why delves’s cave dont tell me random give rep?
I need know what all caves give faction’s rep before I go into cave!

Does it matter?

You only get rep from each faction in delves once per week.

Just do 4 delves and you will get rep for each faction.

I mean.
If I wanted farm rep for Hallowfall. How I can know which caves give only from hallowfall’s rep.
