Why do Blizzard almost never answer posts here?

And where are the GMs ingame? I mean, its not a free game. We still pay a pretty high monthly subscription.

I remember before. If you petitioned a GM, they would normally aswer you ingame with a chat within an hour or two.

And Vaneras or some other Blue would be answering posts on a daily basis.

Do they ever read theese forums?

Sadly we are not in 2004 anymore, half if not all of the in game GM are so long gone and the only way to contact blizzard is by opening a ticket, and even with a ticket you have a 50 50 chance to receive a copy pasta that doesn’t even answer your question but what can you do ?

I wouldnt answer either, so many spoiled kids here. Whenever they post, twitch empowered people start to insult left and right.

Nah they are very very talkative when a sale approaches. Look new expansion’ alpha stage. Daily blue posts even in alpha stage.

We are in beta and waiting release and no info for 3 weeks.

We all know they just dont want to spend any penny on classic. We are dinasours just for milking.

This tbh. People making stupid tickets about how somebody else won the loot, rolled higher, how item X never drops, to complain about some change/update or simply just because they didnt bother finding out how some things work (UI, spells, procs etc).

I can imagine putting GMs on these things was like burning company money for the 1% that acually needed proper help and had to wait 4 days in line to get it.

yeah… but its a payed service. We pay for this. Quite a lot actually. Can you see your TV company totally cut every support just because people ask dumb questions?

No one wants to answer to crybabies

the crybabies pay their bills. and not everyone is a crybaby. So your argument is totally useless

they got rid of their support team on forums ages ago. blues post on na forums more than eu forums. not sure why that is; perhaps there’s more folks over there that make valid posts. they also have community council over there (eu players too) who use na forums more than here. try posting on that forum and see if a blue posts?

The ticket system should have a button, that says “Time Waster” and it sends a curt but effective reply automatically saying they cannot help with your problem.

dont think you can post there unless you have a us account?

Yes you can. Go to launcher, change area to US, suffer through 10 levels of Island Retail :face_vomiting: happily post on US forum - If I can do it, everybody can

EDIT:

How much do you think is left of your 10 euro each month after the cost of everything (servers, development, employee)? Does Netflix have people explaining the plots of movies for people, its a payed service also - right?

And yes, I can acually see the majority of companys cutting their man-to-man support for automated systems, homepages and videos. Have you lived under a rock the last 15 years?

How much do you think they earn every year from this game that was developed 15 years ago?

Not enough to give every player an assistent that helps them to wipe their a*ses Im afraid. Get real.

There is a place for human support in this game, but not like it was before. It doesnt take a genius to realize that the old system was inffective and a waste of both time and money, and not just for Blizzard.

If they won’t bliz attention - they should stop paying it. If you pay and play, you agree with current state of game

dumb comment to be honest. To play it does not mean you agree with current state of game. It means you like it enough to play it but there are many things you disagree with.

When I started i 2005 I did not agree with everything. NO ONE DOES… and by Cataclysm I disagreed with so many things that I stopped…
