My other characters were able to buy for honor only but just went to Area 52 to buy one with my current character and you now need arena points. =(
There are 2 versions of those weapons. One is 238ilvl which is available to buy for honor and the other is some 252 which need arena points.

Ah I see the extra pages in what the vendor sells now. Thanks for the info, didn’t see the iLevel just saw the name and started to panic. Guess they have just added the lvl 252 variant then. Might’ve been nice if they had named them differently as they are a different ilevel. =P
