I started playing on some old characters on my old server Balnazzar and as the title says the vast majority of players I see in SW and Org (like 80%+) are from other servers. Balnazzar is a connected realm and is listed as high pop so shouldn’t you just see people from those connected servers and not people from completely random servers like Outland and Silvermoon? And it’s not just a few people from other servers where their numbers are so low that they might just be in a grp with someone from my server. And I don’t get it for when I’m out in the world doing dailies/ wq’s the majority of players I see IS from my own server and it’s seems really active but the moment I step into a capital city all I see are people from other servers…They are literally the majority of people I see and I hate it because I can’t get any idea of how active my server is when all I see are people from random servers.

What retributor said (minus the opinionated parts). Personally I’ve seen more and more players of my own realm in Boralus, so if you’re looking for people of your own realm try there (or dazaralor if you’re on Horde).
They want places to feel busy. This was the primary reason for them introducing CRZ in the first place.
In cities you are also mixed with people WM on and off.
Because Blizzard thinks players are stupid enough to think seeing random anonymous ghosts from other servers running around means they’re playing in an interactive and social game.
That’s so fing stupid… i get maybe doing it on a literal dead low pop server but why would they do it on a high pop server? another example of blizzard incompetence i guess…
Yes indeed. I was against this solution for low player numbers from start as I liked being a lone alliance surrounded by horde 
and steal their rares including aeonax and tlpd. But after I got those rares I didn’t care about crz. Waste of time trying to tell blizz it’s wrong. They have a “vision” lol
