Pretty much the title. Why do I see this useless information? It covers my screen like crazy and Im sure it wasnt like this in the past. Its driving me crazy.

I mean, its just small part of the screen, obviously, but I still agree the clutter is just way too big, so Im trying to clean it. However Im not sure why half of my screen is covered by frame buffs.
I’m not sure but you could try dueling someone outside of Orgrimmar and manually disabling each addon one by one to pinpoint which one is causing the issue, and then tweaking from there.
It’s going to be one of your debuff trackers like big debuffs. At the very least set it to show only your own. A lot will have ones you can choose as well, per class. So you can choose not to see a lot of stuff.
You mean on the unit frames or on the nameplates (or both) ?
I don’t see anything particularly obscenely wrong with your unit frames buffs/debuffs, outside of the fact that they’re really big. Perhaps change the UI Scale of the whole UI in the system settings ? Or, your unitframes addon has a scale settings for that too (looks like Easy Frames).
I don’t know if there’s an addon to blacklist specific buffs and debuffs from appearing on the unit frames, but that’d be how to not see debuffs like dampening etc.
I see some things overlapping on the nameplates though. This could be bigdebuffs trying to add icons to the nameplates, as well as your nameplates addon (threatplates) trying to do the same as well. I’d look into the settings of these. Either disable bigdebuffs nameplates module, or disable threatplates’ nameplate buffs/debuffs if that’s a thing.
