Why do only cat, dogs, mouse and horse mounts fly, not wolves or dinosaurs? For Pete’s sake, we have flying pigs! Please discuss thoroughly.

Sure that can be the case for the store mounts and any mount around magic.
But can’t they use the Voodoo to make Dinosaurs fly?
Wolfs though, can’t help you on that one.
It is quite clear Dinosaurs don’t believe in fairies so cannot fly. Wolfs are evil and no self-respecting fairy would give it their precious dust.

Because if you can enchant a domesticated animal to fly why the heck would you bother taming a wild one for that?

and so to keep wow community sane they made normal horses without wings flying too
imagine salt and outrage when some random pig is flying but its mount from store : D
meanwhile your hard earned ingame mount can`t

I’d like a flying , talking donkey and a Stairmaster title. Blizzard could tie this in the release of Ogres as a playable race.

I want a store exclusive magic flying whale mount. It would be the ultimate troll by Blizz.
I’m also in for a flying T-Rex or Bigfoot.

I really hope that WoW doesn’t get to a point where all mounts can fly like a certain other MMO that exists. It’s bad enough now that all the unicorn mounts can fly
Whose ever heard of a flying wolf or dinosaur… silly.
Simple.
The idea of a huge nasty felltainted wolf flying through the air will upset someone.
Noone gets upset with flying ponies and kitties.
I’m pretty sure the pterodactyl mounts from BfA counts as dinosaurs?

What about dragons - they are just giant lizards with wings…
I don’t think every mount needs to be able to fly but it is odd how they decide what can and can’t fly

These breeders are certainly weird. Next up is definitely a flying car… 
Headless horseman’s mount has never had wings, has always been able to fly and is only available in game…

I wish they didn’t. I got Blanchy yesterday and am disapppointed she flies and the same with all the horses. I guess I could just about accept it if she had wings but, for now, she will only be used on the ground.
Only creatures with wings should be able to fly.
