Unlucky. My experience has been very different. When I was actively playing every day I was able to get at least 1 typically 2-3 mythic runs an evening.
SOme people in this communities don’t like to PUG because they’re averse to randoms flipping out on them. That’s their right, that’s why they join the community after all. SOme members are happy to use PUGs to fill gaps.
I’m one of the types who will PUG if needed, and when posting a group in community I always make clear “be open to PUG if need” and generally speaking i’ve been able to get a group together 80% of the time when I do so on my main mythic char.
Some nights things are slow however and it sucks when so. COmmunities like these are usually very busy start of week and end of week but in-between a lot of them now focus on trying to get into raiding which means keys can be harder to generate in that period, but not impossible. Just have to be patient and make friends with ppl in the community.
Sometimes i’ll post a key and nobody will reply.I’ll notice some of the “regulars” are online who i’ve grouped with before and am on good terms with, i directly whisper them, they then say “sure”- they maybe missed the message or something else. Sometimes have to do a little bit more than just post in chat and hope. Communities are about forming bonds. If it was just “post and hope” it’d be no different to the normal groupfinder after all.

Heres a thread from 5 months ago. Hes still too arrogant or ignorant to even attempt to communicate, although it would solve all of the problems hes complained about while hes desperately pointing fingers.

- Realise theres a problem, even though you aren’t to blame, be mature, step up and fix it

How do you fix these kind of players? If someone needs to have their hands held that much while playing, it’s best that they just stay away from groups.
You stop being so arrogant and try to teach them.
Honestly, take a step back and be objective. You’re part of the problem here. Help the dude(s) out instead of being a rage quitting douche. The community will be better off for it.
You’re not even 1500, I’m not saying that to disparage, but the people you are grouping with may need help. If you want to play with people who don’t need their hands holding you will need to double your score. Doubling your score means learning some co-operation skills so its catch 22.
Take this advice or leave it, but just stop bleating about how “its everyone else” all the time.

How about people stop trying to play keys that they obviously don’t belong in? Sounds like a better deal.

Or they could just not ask for a bop in the first place if they’re not going to remove it.

Why should I change my behaviour when it’s other people that are not capable of actually playing the game? If you ask for a bop, you should have the macro to cancel it. If you’re playing the paladin, like the guy in that other thread, you should know to make a macro to remove your shield too. Not just run in and die, tanking necrotic so the healer can’t heal you with out trying to kite or doing anything. Then you get advice on how to deal with necrotic, shield and wipe the group because you don’t cancel the shield.
And I’m the toxic one for not wanting to play with these people? Ok. They should step their game up.

I can finish dungeons just fine. I just won’t finish it with them.
I would lay odds you yell obscenities at them rather than saying, make a macro like this with this in it and use it after I use BoP. If you are so good at macros you can make one with that in it.
Anyway if they are that bad why don’t you just tank, you are after all great at all specs. /sarcasm.
