Its only 95% of the bis gear.
M+ players enjoy your 3 trinket purchases when you can only use 2

I already have priory on myth track and I know my luck, I will get pacemaker in the vault this week because I can buy it from the vendor. So this system is useless for me.
Exactly. But even if you were super unlucky why is it just trinkets? No one has a third trinket they are swapping out lol. If they gave us a selection of trinkets and all tier slots mythic as vendor options it might be almost fair compared to raid.
Look at the list. Jastor diamond is No 1 buy item on pretty much every spec. You are meant to buy 2 myth track trinkets and a Jastor even at HC track.
And for the record. Again I am not salty because I wont get “free mythics from content I don’t do”. I am salty because for the 100th time Blizzard added the best items for M+ in the last bosses of the raid. You cannot tell me that they didn’t know what they were doing when they added so many cantrip/effect items in this raid tier (some even having a special text color to highlight that they are reeeealy special).
However in the spirit of being fair, there are some cantrip/effect items from M+. 2 of them are int staves and the other is the cloth* bracers which only mages want. And asside from the staff from Rookery the others come from a BfA dungeon (meaning that they did not create new items, they reused old items from previous expansions).
*Apparently there are other armor class bracers from Workshop with effects but I have not seen anyone use them. And again point stands, these are old items repurposed.
The way blizzard is handling things these days seems like more panic button pressing instead of thinking things out rationally and making sound decisions that benefit players
I agree but at the same time i know why they do it. They aren’t clueless. They are trying to force none raiders in to raid.
or they are gearing up for reintroduction of raid esports .
I can’t buy anything because Blizzard hates people that don’t play the game how they want them to. We’re back to Blizzard spitting in the face of casual players.
I’m so sick of it.
I dont think so. They know their audience well. M+ players are much more stubborn when it comes to raiding than vice versa. I think stimulating RMT (of which they are clearly part of), botting (and hence in-game commodity prices) as well as less subtle means of increasing their own profit margins (boosting and token sales etc) was the main incentive of having this mid-season activity prop-up.
Aren’t you able to do LFR and get HC item level stuff from vendor?
The quest is for 4 normal bosses or complete 4 m+ dungs
Yeah I just saw that in another discussion. I didn’t realise.
Have to disagree, I consider myself a casual player and I do not feel like my face is being spat on.
I raid Heroic and will getting a couple of pieces i’ve been unlicky with. My alts however like this guy are gonna get huge upgrades.
You stated that you are casual. Then what you need the gear for??
Do casual players not deserve nice things too?
The question is does he need it. Not does he deserve it. So I don’t understand why you asking this. Plus the gear upgrades are supposed to be extra power so we can do harder content. Not “” nice things “”
It is worth checking as I keep hearing from people that LFR bosses do count for the quest.
If it is true then it is a matter of if it is a bug, or a feature.
I could not check yet for myself sadly.
Lfr bosss work i have done it on like of my alts
That isn’t useful. If you have myth gear from M+ then LFR dinars are a joke. All hard content should give all gear.
its gviess hero Track gear just like mythic pluss up to 10s do get the mythic Raid Gear you will have to do the mythic raid shocking i know
