Fresh Pasta: place in slightly salted boiling water, for approx 4 minutes (al dente), stir while cooking, to prevent the pasta clumping, do not add oil to the water, then drain.

Spritz with chili olive oil, generously garnish with large shavings of fresh Parmesan.

I once had a pizza with a lasagne on top and a pizza upside-down on top of that.
It was the worst thing ever
(It was an actual dish on the menu at a place i went, I had to try it)

There is a good reason as to why not both
