so you want full rewards for not timing the dungeon and you leave, if you think its not timable
or you want a bonus to stick with the group

You made your thread to complain about leavers and how more crests for not timing it, would incentivize people to stay… Now I ask what happens once crests are not the goal, and you are yet to address it… Giving you more crests is a short term solution… And it’s clear, you say it yourself… You leave groups quiet often, so when your goal becomes score you will probably keep leaving quiet often… And then we are back to square 1
the sad part here is, that your thinking is kinda cringe. You do plus 8, so no pushing territory and you are leaving, because of crests. Please come on.
you cannot control peoples minds, but you can control the reward structure of your own game and manipulate players to do as you see best.
one of those knobs you have is the crest drops, which is heavily scewing the behavior of players to be toxic leavers the instant there is an issue with the group.
is it really that hard to fathom `?

yeah i want 90 crests per dungeon to be done with my weekly farm in 20 minutes =)
oh then the next problem, we have a crest cap still…yeah remove it and then you have to farm crests again, a vendor where you can get all the gear you want like on ptr or tournament realm would be great
Crests are literal the lowest problem in the m plus environment. They already changed, that you only need an 8.
Yes it is… Because you want to incentivize leavers to stay but you are only postponing the problem…
One of those being “if you do good, you get rewarded”… Imagine you making a thread about rewarding people for staying and going “I see so many threads about leavers should be punished” only to admit you do it yourself… You literally want to be rewarded for not timing the dungeon… Whats next? If people get stuck on third boss they should still be rewarded, as they did complete most of the dungeon incentivizing people to stay for as long as possible even though they can’t finish? xD
M+ is very clear… That’s the reason there is a timer… And I repeat… Once your goal becomes score, you will probably behave the same way…

Why should people get rewarded for NOT timing the key? That makes timing them completely obsolete
Because then OP could “CBA wasting 30 minutes” until they hit the next roadblock

the lfr mates which just attack once on a boss go afk and roll your t tokens away
I play the game enough to tell you this, but when truth is trolling in your eyes, then you should change your coping strategy
but before that better change your time management, because its bad (warning this is no troll and just a subjective take from a forum user)

Honestly, the way some people play this game, you would think they are race to world first competitors… And then, when Blizzard does give you tons of rewards the same people will start going “Nothing to do in game, dead game, lol small indie company!”
just leave it as is then, direct every “punish leaver” thread to this one and move on.
i made this thread beacuse i see multiple “BAN LEAVERS FOR 24 HOURS” threads a week in here.
and this would be an obvious step in a solution to having less leavers.

Nope… It really isn’t… The fact that you can only see a solution from your own narrow minded “I don’t want to waste 30 minutes for 5 crests when I can just leave and waste 15 minutes on a new group to start only to repeat” is baffling… Like I really can’t wait to see what your struggle is going to be once you are max geared
I play in a progression mythic guild and the first week(s) are always very hard in m plus and mostly weekly no leaver area. We are happy just to fill our vaults.
And in pugs on my alt i didnt time a few keys already, because some1 died(myself included)…its no big problem
i would just put you on igno and go on with my life…i have a good addon for your kind of player
you whole “what happens when people dont need crests” argument is so dumb its almost waste of life to take it seriously.

IF you do X acitivity for ONE purpose ( crests ) you are MORE likely to LEAVE if you are getting robbed of ALMOST 3x the crests because people are playing bad. then you are in some ways FORCED by the system to LEAVE and find another group of randoms.

Please go on this becomes more and more funny. No one is forced to stay and you can waste your time in a game how ever you want.
