Why do Battle Pet Masters in Draenor award Shiny Pet Charms for defeating them, when they’re useless?
not useless, theres vendors for older stuff you can buy with em

It’s effectively useless because the items you can buy with them are finite. The market will be satiated with them at some point and they will be as useless as starlight rosedust.
