we pay a lot of money every month for a game right? then why are there so many things not taken care of?
When battle of Najatar starts…it gets unplayeable…lag… not to mention other buggs in quests. fix the damn game or dont ask for the money. there are plenty of free games that don\t have these problems

Blizz are a business, this is how business works: you don’t like the product, don’t pay them.

If someone thinks something is s***, as op feels, yet pays for it anyway… that’s on them. By paying blizz, they are telling them… more pls! Addiction or not, it’s on the person paying for it. Think the game is s***? Don’t pay. Maybe op can find a free game that is what they are looking for.
as the event came up…someone with multiboxing appeared…over 20 dk’s instantly appreaing doing the same thing. massive lag…after the multiboxer dissapeared the l;ag was gone. blizzzard, fix the damn game and dont let multiboxing

The point i am making is that if we pay money we expect good service. but because you are such an idiot you just want to have something to post. and about the price, for you its coffee money but for us who’s parent don’t pau the subb, we expect good service for the work we do to get money to pay the sub. no go to bed it past you’r bed time
Actually, the sub fee is peanuts to me because I work. I haven’t had parents since I was 16, so I taught guitar to get by and dropped out of school. Then I started working professionally as a software engineer ever since. So while I’m still relatively young and highly successful, you must be doing quite well for yourself to call me an idiot, right? Then again, I’m not the one complaining a small subscription fee.

I wouldn’t waste your time engaging with these Blizzard shills OP. These people are the so-called “whales” that have more money than sense, and they’ll defend their boneheaded decisions to the death rather than admit they are boneheaded.
But to your point; You are right, the quality of the game is not up to standard for how much it costs (it is the most expensive game you can own rent) and it should have gone free-to-play 10 years ago. Having crippling lag is inexcusable from a studio with such an enormous budget and they should be called out on that.
They have the money they just aren’t willing to invest it back into the game because it’s in a state of managed decline.
