Why do you all want to kill Tyrande so much?

I like her.

Hope we get to see her gouge Sylvanas’ eyes out.

You are right, after the wrathgate which was a tragedy for both sides, The night elves decided to be douches and cut trade, the horde wanted to negotiate peacefully and setup to do just that, Hamuul used his high position in the cenarion circle to setup a meeting andcultists dressed as horde attacked and killed the entire gathering leaving only hamuul alive.

a magnanimous show of undeserved mercy

Because she and malfurion were both, two of the most powerful characters in Azeroth. Yet for all that power, all their stories have to do with one of them being in trouble and the other one saving them.

WHERE IS MYYYYY BELOVEDD!!!
Ohhh Tyraaaaaaaandee.

It’s annoying.

But at least, malfurion has a more humble personality overall. Unlike Tyrande which is prideful and stuck on her ideas.

Tyrande has always been mediocre until her Night Warrior buff. Only Malfurion was/is one of the most powerful beings on Azeroth.

Then you clearly don’t know much about Tyrande.

She was nearly on the same level as malfurion. Now she’s super boosted.

No. Not even remotely. Malfurion was the counterpart to Thrall. Both being literally broken in terms of their power. Tyrande didnt even come close in any scenario. Regardless of her being the high priestess. She was mediocre. Now she is top tier.

Ontop of it when the Dragon Soul topic was brought up they were searching for someone capable of handling it. Tyrande was not among those even worthy of consideration.

I was never really a Tyrande fan, always seemed b^^chy and not doing much, however since she got the Night Warrior makeover im finding her more interesting and after the Nathanos cinematic im all on board with the direction the character is going. Im very interested in the Ardenweild story just to see what is/will happen to Tyrande, altough that whole zone is off putting to me.

It’s mostly edgelords who find the Path of Glory is ok, forsaken do nothing wrong ever, Teldrassil was justified and otherwise. Mostly villain fanboys, which is okay, if only it wouldn’t be done in such an obnoxious way.

Also, can’t blame anyone for disliking the character. Her character was often broken and bent and used as a side character to make other characters shine, doing illogical things in the process. It’s a storytelling issue everyone is used to by now in WoW, I imagine.
