Because they want to copy those “pro” streamers and do everything like them but they lack the skill and coordination.

People do not want to take the time to learn mechanics. It is lets beat the timer, but the entire mythic plus system is based on the timer. So groups never think of anything else except pushing the keys. There should be a better way to measure the mythic plus system, than a timer.

Because people still keyboard turn and click spells in 2019… That’s why I can’t have fun shortcuts with pugs…

Roll a tank. Problem solved. I use shortcuts sometimes, but depending on affixes I refuse to do so.

Nothing wrong at all. Issue is when people waste time skipping a pack or two due to then ninja pulling them and wiping.

A good group can, will and should use all shortcuts and tricks. Iffy ones not so much. Because they will end up wasting time

Issue is usually there is no communication about which group to skip. An overall problem in pugs anyway. It has nothing to do with ‘monkeys’.

Warlock portal FH Bridge to Boss is fantastic. That’s spot on.
Warlock portal SoTS to skip a water elemental to end up in front of 2 Tidesage Spiritualists with healing, an attendant with water blast and all the droplets during sanguine/grievous is noob! Clearly someone who wanted to emulate big guys. I refused to take the portal, but all the rest did and i had to follow. 2 times. I wanted to do the normal way but no. We wiped two times there on the same bloody portal and went out of time. Why don’t you listen the tank? he’s the one who knows what he’s capable of…

It is not too weird to kill that pack, especially with sanguine. You want to pull the droplets at first boss out of the area so you need that space anyway, otherwise you have a bloodmess during that fight. There are also other solutions but good luck coordinating that in a pug without voice.

Here is the short answer to why people dont listen to tanks and this is from my experience people have a problem with authority they dont like pushovers many times my tank left the pug group cause people yelled at him and refused to listen so our key got depleted.

No not weird at all, but not jumping in front of them directly, with no CC, no interrupts, all the droplets around… I like planning a strategy before getting in the fight DH style.

EDIT: We lost 5 freaking minutes to get that pack done. 5 minutes because no one interrupted heals but me.

My +12 shrine key got destroyed by the tank pulling the right group after the 2nd boss, instead of the left. Even after the 1st wipe, with in chat asking to take the left group, we had to wipe a 2nd time on the same pack. Because we have to listen to the tank :thinking:

You already give the right argument that this had nothing to do with taking the pack or not.

Indeed I said i wanted to do the normal way, not that I didn’t want do it.
Creating a portal that goes right in the middle of them it’s going to be chaos. If I CC people disrupt it because droplets AOE. And i can’t interrupt all alone. I’ve got limits.

IMO it is actually taking that pack. It only requires some interrupts. You want to skip the bridge anyway, so you can use the count.
