I promised myself not to touch pvp this season but here we are.
Started off healing as my Monk, farmed crates until fully gears but it feels like im getting smashed very quickly and my heals are barely touching health bars. Warriors are a nightmare as are disc priests.
I had a break and i geared up my dev evoker. 5 games in no problems at all, very enjoyable. Then the next two it was like a massive switch flipped and all of a sudden it felt like im doing negligible damage and we got steam rolled.
It just feels off, is it a case that you win a few and your suddenly against much higher ranks? I think i might be done now until the next expansion. Ill just amble about getting mogs.
Thanks for information. This is very important

Its because they have mortal strike effects on both arms and fury, take on that the mobility beserker for your fear spellreflect for your mindcontrol and you will have a hard time without peels
But disc has a good Cd toolkit you can Pre barrier his Cds or double painsup them. But after that well blame your dds for not intervening.
Was this in normal Bgs or Blitz? If you had those Wins in a row on a undefiled MMR than you got out of your chill placement games into more harder games

Evry class have mortal strike effect lul
Your MMR swings very much during the first 20 games. This can feel bad for everyone involved. If you push through, it will settle.
its good that you did this rather than enter BG Blitz with 0 gear and expect a carry.
Being a healer in PvP means you are often a piñata for enemy DPS and your enjoyment depends on how your DPS play, whether they peel, don’t overextend etc. If you aren’t having fun as MW, try a different spec.
I only did BG Blitz last season and some of the low MMR games are indeed purgatory. Worse than normal Random BGs I would say.

It is.
I expect ppl queuing in Blitz being at least fully green.
So, when i see ppl full pve without any vers, i know it will be a problem and it seems really hard to the team to assure a win by playing to compensate a player who dont give a heck to the others.
When it’s random… It’s ok, it’s a problem since the begining of BG. Maybe one day they will put an ilvl limit or, at least, a average minimum of versatility to get.
