I’m following the Icy-Veins guide to start off my Warrior Tank journey, coming from paladin prot, very excited!
However in the suggested talents they have Rend, but nowhere in the rotation guide do they mention rend, why is that? Have I missed something. Am I supposed to have it as a talent to get the extra rend from thunder clap and not slot it in my rotation?

Blood and Thunder description says:
‘‘If you have Rend. Thunder clap affect 5 nearby enemies with Rend.’’
You would only get the 10% extra damage if you do not have the Rend talent.

Usually Icy-veins do explain why they do what they do, seems like they completely ignored this one.
Honestly, You take rend pure for the extra spread.
I don’t even have that button on my bar as Shield bash (I think?) applies it anyway…
