Why? All other casted ccs like fear, sheep, clone etc does.
It does cast faster with more haste. Is there some other kind of scaling you’re talking about?
If that happens then it would make Paladins a little more decent and we all know thats not wanted!..
It’s useless with a cast time anyway, all since the cast time was added it is useful for the original spec it was intended for.
