Why does shuffle miss most maps?

So boring to get the same f boring map like enigma crucible all the time and most old iconic maps miss. Like who had this stupid idea?

i rarely see legion map in Val’sharah in Solo Shuffle , its my favourite map ever but i keep getting bs Maldraxus uggly map -_-
