I find that Russians leave groups easier, they are also more likely to be the type to emote spits into every move in BG’s.
Like every Country, they have their good and bad but based on my experiences and given a choice I’d not take one if I can help it.

I’ve played with people from every available region, heck for 2 years I played on german realms so…
Out of all the regions I have to say sadly most bad experiences I had with russians… I’d almost say it became a meme that russians are either really bad or really good… both in PvP and PvE and most of the time can’t speak english and write in cyrillic letters or just don’t say anything at all wich is really annoying.
Spanish and portugeese people are sometimes also bad on the language front and give 0 ducks about that you don’t understand them, but in their language at least there are a few words that are similar or they use english abbreviations such as BL, cc, trash, pull etc. so I kinda understand what they want.
The french people I met so far could all speak english. That’s it. I haven’t experienced anything negative nor positive with them.
Italians were a bit like spanish, I couldn’t understand what they said mostly but I could make out some words or they used abbreviations too.
Germans… well I used to be fluent in german but I Haven’t spoken it in 3 years now so I’m a bit rusty these days but I still fully understand them, but they almost always know or understand english… In my experience if I join a group where the leader is from a german realm it tends to be a full german group (wich makes sense cuz I have it ticked in my grp finder cuz I speak it) but if they join a group where the leader is from english realm they always speak english. My only problem with germans is that they are sometimes impatient and give up quickly.
I’m a hungarian btw, so yeah I don’t have my own region but I know that most people of my country play on Ragnaros and have a World Chat Channel that we use as our own little “Trade” and speak hungarian on there (wich is a lot of times a weird mess). I’d say 80% of the players from my country understands english, the ones who don’t are playing with their friends and guildies anyway they most likely never pug.
You can’t say that and not expect me to be curious. I won’t be able to sleep now. GAH, curse my brain.
Honestly in my personal experience I avoid Russians, French and Spanish people. Why?
Pretty simple: communication. Nothing more nothing less.
Example: I joined a heroic raid via the LFG and found out these blokes were all French (except some other randoms that also joined) and asked to join their discord. As soon as I joined their discord I asked if it was possible to speak english as me and the 2-3 others couldn’t understand French. They spoke english for about halfway through Wrathion and switched back to French (discord + ingame chat). Even after asking repeatidly to speak English they refused, so I left.
Russians are even worse because I literally can’t understand a word they’re saying.
Either they’re completely garbage and you will not even have a chance of timing the key or they’re godtier gamers who will carry your key to beyond.
You can just target one player and type %T and it will replace it with their name when you send the message. I never type peoples names out manually, it’s too much effort.

then why they refuse talk english? Its international language, I have to use it also if I want to communicate.
I play with everyone, I just do not remember russian nicknames, as they seems all the same 
You do know if you play on Russian realm that you can not have “”“normal letters”"" and you need to use Cyrillic in your name, you also cant use Cyrillic on EU realms in name, its exclusive for RU region.
I never had problems with Russians, but i guess big part of that is that i know Cyrillic and can communicate with them a bit, i usually help guildmates translate names when we have to pug someone.
there is actualy an addon, that puts an other name up also, what is not in cyrillic, not sure if it works in all chanels but I have seen some russians use it what makes things easier, though if it would be fair for them to have to use it, might not be realy, but it makes things so much easier.
you always have russian names so no one can read, write and whisper your name. so when someone need to talk to you, its impossible.
you always come with other russians and ignore anyone who is not russian. so even if somehow we manage to copy your name, you will still ignore us.

i also play csgo, and there EVERYONE knows russians are the worst. i (like many others) actually blocked russian servers there and since i did that life got easier.
Im playing alot with russians.
I met 2 friends that play together and they liked my healing + how i use my utility, we made the harderst part of BFA together.
These russians are time efficient, just whispering me: RONDA WM 15 GO? Answering: Yes.

Its just the whining kids that lost one game or 1 key and suddenly the russians was the problem.

They’re like most other people except they seem to be ten times as angry.
That’s my experience anyway, could be that I’ve just been unlucky.
