I do not heal cause any group out there is unironically better of without any healer then with me as the healer
I mainly do only this 2 things 
and its funny all the time, when dds want that the tank/heal should do less dmg and only focus on the role
funny enough my dmg as tank is mostly on par when this dds talking about this in raid/mplus
doing tank dmg and blames the tank for doing too much even when the gs is the same

Cause healing is not fun anymore, it was fun in shadowlands but not anymore. Healers even get less rating than dps in this rated shuffles blizz added for pvp in DF and which surpassed arenas. The instant que is ok but if I get less rating than dps then its just instant turn off for me cause I’m already doing more than the dps so it’s an insult to healers that still after +3 years they are getting rewarded less than dps are. Also the reason why dps ques will stay long if they dont realise incentive role in most demand. Something is in demand then you want lure more ppl to it or the fairest option and even gains as equal, but the worst option they have now let remain +3 years is that the role in most demand is actually rewarded the least. So the equation for effort and worth could not be more clearer to me to have rolled dps and having longer ques than do something that rewards less for doing more. Playing dps and get rewarded more for doing less sounds better to me. Something they need rethink of shuffles design at some point if they care.

It used to cost 30 (?) gold to dual spec. Why should I waste my hard-earned gold on frivolities like that!?
holy paladin is fun in m+ cause you can do damage and never go out of mana.
Their buffing holy paladin even more will make it more broken. But much rather prefer tank then you can get done.

You should try holy paladin its broken right now. Never go out of mana and 3 buttons to heal and you can dps.
you never have to cast holy light.
They are buffing it its insane that they are tbf.
best part everything is instant heal.

I think this statement is very subjective and therefore invalid for the global playerbase and may only apply to you.

Well the good news is then, I just found an even easier role for you: Damage Dealing
You can just stand at the entrance afk while the other 4 player complete the dungeon. I would say that is the easier KSM.
I have done hundreds of runs every season mainly tanking and healing, but I have NEVER seen anybody blaming healer for the above.
They do praise the healer when a big pull or a mistake is still fixed by them.

-Not really. Well it would be if tanks had chill and dungeons were enjoyable old school slow progression instead of GOGOGOGOGOGOOGOGOGOGOOGOGOGOGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
-No mostly healing is just boring like watching exel and i already watch too much exel at work.
-No just boring the only two MMO’s that i have actually enjoyed healing are Warhammer Online and GW2. WoWs healing style is just plain out boring.
Being called names is not my idea of fun time.

I’ll add another reason that no-one has mentioned:
I have reduced the frequency of me healing in group content because the game is so bloated with stuff to grind that there is no time to do so.
That’s a good point.
It’s one of the reasons I don’t tank.
I love my warlock even so the class sucks right now but I would not want to play another class or character
