I tried to buy a race change and realised I have parental controls on my account.
I’ve had my account for over 10 years and it’s never had anything to do with anyone else, never had parental controls on, and though I could probably do with some more self restraint, I’m in my late twenties and don’t have the need to restrict myself like this.
I tried getting an email sent to my address to access parental controls, but no email was sent.
How do I get rid of them?
