I’ve checked on multiple chars, i cannot find this Illusion… i have the toy and everything else but this Illusion isnt anywhere, not in my bags Mail or in the Weapon Enchants list in my transmog Collections.
No one on the forums will be able to help you with this.

I was more pressuming im generally doing something wrong… which has led to me unable to find it tbh xD, and cant really ask ingame due to the boost spamming Just overall taking over everytime i say something on trade haha.
I bought the epic version when it was announced but as far as I remember mine is just in my appearances tab for weapon effects. If you’ve not received it they should be able to rectify that.
Yeah i figured it out, i had to just restart the game entirely and it appeared xD

Got that on the progress kill cause they knew what a nutcase for mog I am
