Ok, so i am not alone as i see! I guess i won’t try shaman and stop bothering with warrior/druid, cause they are very boring!
So now i will level up priest till 20-25 and then decide which one to play! I like paladin/rogue so far. Mage good dmg, but boring and dies easily!
Remember with priest you can spec partially into the disc tree and still be raid viable AND still be ready for PvP 
Nothing wrong with being an altoholic. I’m one too. I love leveling and if I start getting bored of one class I’ll switch to another!

nothing wrong with leveling new characters if that is truly what you enjoy.
Trust me on this. If it’s not on the extreme end of things, people don’t notice poop.
Some people get to middle-age before they notice they have colourblindness and the like, and other absurd things.
Don’t ever underestimate humanities infinite potential for evolution, malice, foolishness, kindness and ignorance.
59 Priest and 49 Hunter here. 
Shadow Priest might be a good idea for you, becuase you only unlock Shadow Priest at Level 40.
You must get to Level 40 to truly be a Shadow Priest, so you have no choice but to level up higher to try this class. 
I think it is normal I am switching between toons all the time, makes me enjoy game more , now started to focus on getting at least 1 toon to high level , as I like to spend to much gold , hard to manage it trough all of them!

it’s nice to see all these people that spread their time across many characters, and maybe i can understand some of your reasons.
There are probably IRL dynamics about this situations, but isn’t my business.
Classes are the same for all the players, the customizations (in the first 30 levels, al least, without lowering damage dealt) is little, and playing alone (most of the times) force you to go safe, without the chance to face risky/rewarding game situations (and this is a reason that make Classic enjoyable).
I have tryied to find a leveling buddy but i haven’t sucess, so my will to not leave wow classic and the nice experiences elites quests party are, forced me to squeeze out something, something more from mechanics.
So i have studyied macros and how they works, gainign huge benefits in game, challenging me to make better ones, thanks to forums and differents opinions.
This is cool, for me, but playing together most of the times it’s way more enjoyable than keep dying and come back to the corpse to shorten the distance between you and a chest/boss.
Finding a good leveling buddy it’s hard, people doesen’t fit easly, but could be rewarding! Together is the key to having fun eating, talking and probably even playing (even hunter, the solo king, has the wolf howl to boost party members melee attacks). So, my reply to you thread is: try to write an LFBuddy with enough info about you, to find a person who could fit you better.

TLDR version:
With Phase 3 you can make a level 19-pvp-char - never had more fun in Vanilla. Every evening after leveling is take a break in the BG’s a welcome relief. This is missing in Phase 1-2.
Why level 40?
I have a little bit of the same problem. Though, I’ve promised myself I will stick it to my main and get him to 60 before getting serious about levelling anything else. He’s 36 now so I still have a long way to go
Dont force yourself man. Best thing about Classic is that content is easy in terms of raiding pve. If you feel like rerolling do so, no shame in doing that.

i get bored fast when i play alone but with others its fun times
Because afterwhile it gets boring, i lvled from 22 to 44 in 2 days and now it takes me 8 to 9 hours of gameplay to level because i do one or two pull and alt tab watch netflix and then do another pull.
Been at lvl 44-47 for like 2 weeks now.
