I told you me and her explained how the system worked and that i DO NOT pug you then told everyone that we abuse it so you are lying and inflaming .

If it’s a lie I’d love to apologize, if it’s the truth then I don’t see the problem here with me saying that. Simple fact - do you support it? Yes or no. If you don’t we are on the same page. Back in Legion the PuG community would constantly do “World Tours” where they basically ran all the raids on Normal and some of them on Heroic, back to back, because the difficulty was low enough that it was possible. The content was super rewarding so there was huge interest in doing these runs all the time, and because the difficulty was generally low, then the atmosphere was fairly chill and relaxed. You actually had a nice time playing together!
I thought that was the ideal for how WoW should be and I don’t understand why Blizzard haven’t tried to replicate it.
Instead of focusing on increasing content difficulty and indirectly imposing high requirements on players in order to qualify for that content, it would be much better if the game settled for an overall low difficulty of content and then ramped up the replay value of it by having a lot of reward attatched to it.
Low difficulty, high replayability. That is the success formula for WoW.
This design abomination of today where it is driven by hardcore difficulty progression does not result in a rewarding experience for anyone but the select few players at the top.

obviously its always better with ppl u know like guild/community
but u have other expectations from guild group then from pug
it was always about communication,and with that i just dont understand how ppl can buy boosts especially since there are so many guilds around doing m+

It’s a shame when people have to resort to attacking others on the forums because they don’t share the same opinions. It’s not very nice behaviour. Kind of ironic when people go on about a bad community.
You feel you should have the right to tell four other players what to do, and I simply don’t agree. Dungeons are a group activity. People want to level quickly and efficiently and doing the extra bosses is not efficient at this time. As I stated numerous times in the discussion, the only people who can change that are Blizzard, they could change the completion XP although that would be somewhat unfair on people who get put in part way through dungeons. They could up the XP from killing the actual bosses. Others suggested invisible walls, but this could cause issues with the solo mount.
There are some terrific people playing WoW and I’ve made lots of friends along the way. Some via the game, some via the forums. I don’t think the WoW community is bad on the whole. There are always going to be some bad apples. On the other hand, some are quick to label everything toxic these days.

I dislike people who lie sorry its really disgusting how a person can go thread to thread lying about people he does not know and i have asked him to stop its borderline harrasement 
I know that feeling and you are right but something is better a person just “eat” and move on.
There are jobs, where the boss is all day screaming with you, because he wants more and more and even if is impossible or he is wrong, most of times you need to just say “Ok” and move on.
At less that’s something that work life teached me last months.
