on my alts lvl 60 and 70…just simply cannot join, i dont even have option for that in dungeon finder.
Do you have an active subscription? If so did you start it less than 24 hours ago?

Ye i have sub for year / or half…just buyed 2 months ago…those alts are fresh from this week boosted with boosts what i get before from preorders.

I suggest checking the payment history in the Bnet account page in case there’s a recently declined payment request from your bank/company.
If not you should be able to access them and the onyl option is to open an in game ticket (via the support page) to get help from a GM.
But i have sub i can play normaly on main character i can join timewalking dungeons but on alts not.
Never used Chromie Time… maybe that affects it? I hear it can cause numerous issues.

Do you need to select a Role at the top of the window?
You aren’t in a Deserter debuff time due to leaving / being kicked from another instance?

But seriously,im not sure. Do you have an older unboosted 70+ toon that you can login on and check if you can queue with?
Probably should make a post in the tech support section. There’s quite a few technically minded people there and Blizzard make an appearance too!

Ye i have tww expac…i use only one profile for all characters same realm

Give it 24hrs, 48hrs, 5 days, next reset…eventually you’ll be able to join.
