WoW does not count this as a draw. In FC maps, a 0:0 is a draw
Yes, but I’m assuming OP is referring to a 1:1 scenario, where it’d be considered a draw in most other circumstances, but in WoW, 1st to cap loses.
Maybe, but OP decided to be quite succinct. And for the other team, the “draw” certainly was not a loss.

its not a win, and its not a lose, but on the armory and overall there is no voice for draw, aka its counted as a game played and game not won, so yeah, its counted as a lose in the winratio aspect, u probably do not lose CR, but considering u invest time to gain 0 and is a loss on armory its fair to sayu its a lose
the problem is, it cannot result in a win for both teams, otherwise very often people would stage draws situations like flag carry maps, nobody caps, both team wins, right ? that cannot work
IMHO in this context the looser should loose rating but not as much as if they had
lost by 0/1.
because if a draw result to a win no one will play
