Because people don’t like the idea that the game they’ve played for 15 years, and spent an unimaginable amount of money for, has issues.
I don’t watch his streams, but I do watch WoW related content on his, and Preach’s Youtube channels. Because I’ve found that I agree with them on a lot of things about this game.
I just can’t stand Asmond’s fanbase/chat. So it’s unfortunate how he always have to include it in his videos, always makes me cringe. 
You can’t just force someone to accept help, can you. Also maybe watch his video “why I live a simple life”.
If that’s the one where the local squirrels throw stuff at him, I have already done so.
I think the squirrels are actually his neighbours.
