Because Blizzard will earn more on free transfers from Firemaw and paid faction changes than just Horde paid transfers. Besides they can open paid transfers laters and you and likes of you will stiil buy em at any time.
They closed those free transfers already though. Right now it’s just locked for no reason.
Maybe 70 Boosts yield more than paid transfers? I think that they will enable paid transfers to Gehennas once Boost sales dry out.
Don’t hope anytime soon tho. Bot profit got hit hard by the reintroduce of DK creation restrictions, but Boosts are still available and most bots will go this way.
It’s only full with at the very least 7k more players than second biggest realm. Sure no reason to keep it locked definitely wouldn’t get overcrowded and kill whatever’s left of other servers out there.
I’m so tired of these purely money-driven decisions.

Fortunately, your level 20 alt can’t do much on the server and hopefully it stays that way.
how is it so hard to understand that the server is way overpopulated? stop dreaming about transfering there. as long as earthshaker, pyrewood, everlook are locked, gehennas is far from getting paid transfers, those 3 servers are a 3rd or even a quarter of the size of gehennas

There’s no lag and there are no queues. Just because other servers are dead doesn’t make Gehennas overpopulated.
