I havnt played much retail since wotlk but i absolutley despise warmode and sharding.
With a regular pvp server like it used to be reputation mattered, now you can turn on warmode and act like an absolute tool and when the heat gets to high just go and hide.
Just comming from classic most people cared about how they acted in world PvP or they in end got camped by everyone.
Acting like a tool is not faction bound.
Exactly. When someone ganked me when my character was low level or with low HPs fighting a mob, I always have him added to my KoS list. And when I am well geared I hunt that ganker until he log out or I feel pity for him.
With war mode, that scumbag can just unflag and laugh in my face. That case alone, makes the whole idea of no PvP servers, a total fail. It is so insane, that I canât even believe it happens.
PS: I just started leveling in retail, so maybe by the time I hit max level, PvP servers are back. For real PvPers this time. And not for âI only play in PvP server, to be with my friendsâ players.
Alliance are really bad at this. Unless there is clear advantage, they donât engage. Blizzard gives the certain faction an extra bonus to encourage players to utilise a certain feature in the game and what happens is they use that features in the lowest way; it should tell us a lot about that faction. I can see exactly this while levelling my current toons. Not only am I getting engaged in fights with a full geared 60, but there is also griefing and camping. If someone stays in one spot just to kill a lowbie again and again without a reward, so essentially wasting time in that spot, I cannot tell what else it could be.
I havenât leveled any of my alliance toons yet but as a Horde player I get ganked CONSTANTLY by alliance. Either in groups or alone. If you actually believe that either faction is more righteous/ honorable than the other then you are straight up lying to yourself or others. Both factions are filled with scum gankers.
if you think that alliance are angels? then tell me Why does my cute level 20 bloodelf mage always get killed by level 60 alliance players.
that is not even a fight, itâs like an adult beating up a baby.
I leveled both ally and horde, horde attacks way more maybe because more horde players use wm and play pvp content idk however ally camp waystone all the time aswell.
In short ally attacks in maw horde attacks everywhere else.
