Why is Horde a faction dead!?

I beg to differ, there was a harem of pandaren only plus there were multiple pack guilds of worgen doing it.

Tauren have been around for so long that they have survived the time when people were more lax about ERP.

at this point i just think that everytime a new race is released ERPers just go wild with it…
untill a new one releases

Especially anthropomorphic races.

But yeah, its naive to think the ERP started with vulpera.

it has been a problem for a very long time.

No, no, no.
There’s no human ERP, I can’t shonnderstand how you’d come to that conclusion.

I’m gonna slap you for that pun alone.

It was perfect, how dare you.

ohhh boiii…
Dracthyr is gonna be this whhoooollleeee thing again, and again, and AGAIN.
just hope it dosen’t become another stereotype for ERP as race…

I mean, really.

Just play the race because you like them despite of the ERP stereotypes.

One of my favourite alliance races are draenei and just look at the state of their ERPers.

But i play them regardless.

They never came to mind and I was happy to not even consider it.

Feel shame for sullying my mind.

I will take your word for it. I already saw enough when I naievely thought I could find art of worgen doing cool things and not doing what they were actually doing.

Every single race in the game (except maybe Forsaken) have a reputation for ERP fiends, that’s just how it goes really. Furry races aren’t even more prevalent than others – I always used to hear about draenei and night elves instead.

don’t forget Blood and void elves.

Blood elves didn’t have the same reputation and void elves didn’t exist back when I’m referring to. Blood elves I guess had more of the… ā€˜second life romance RP’ reputation.

ah, my bad -_-

If only…
If only.

The optimist in me wants to chalk it down to the same appeal as vampires, but given just how rotted and decayed forsaken look there’s only one conclusion I think you can realistically draw from people who fetishize forsaken.

'tis the AD way.

Awkward for sure but high/blood/void elves flipflop a lot, playing realpolitik and I totally buy them treating alliances as ephemeral passing necessities in a game of centuries.

Do not trust them.

I genuinely wonder why from an anthropological standpoint.

:dragon::egg:

Spare your soul. Seek not the knowledge that will damn you.

That said, Horde’s not dead. It’s smaller on AD but the most popular faction worldwide and WoW is written accordingly.

I have unfortunately seen forsaken NSFW art…

I know that Forsaken roleplay has ERP fiends–I’ve seen things–but it’s far less pervasive in terms of reputation and ā€˜public perception’. That’s the point I was making rather than suggesting there’s an absence outright of it.
