why is pvp still not crossfaction? ok, random bgs have factions built in and they’re not a big deal and you have mercenary mode, but arenas??? why cant i play arenas with my friends’ characters that aren’t the same faction as mine?
Rated arena is cross faction, yes.

You are probably referring to Skirmish, which is a weird one, and still not cross-faction, but the amount of people who care about Arena Skirmish is equivallent to the people who care about mechagnome customizations, or less.
