What makes hunters the best class in WoW, a Hunter Appreciation Thread.
No matter what race/class combo the Hunter is the best. Even Gnome hunters are extremely cool, Obviously Worgen hunters are the best of hunters in the game.
Hunters are the best class, But why? Why do you like the hunter and when did you find out hunters, especially Worgen Hunters, are the best? Have you leveld your hunter already, or are you saving it to do it with someone special?
What Hunter/Pet combo is the best. And what expansion had the best hunter spec’s known to date.

i hate hunters , they are boring , it is the most played spec .
they don’t have cool utility , they are just walking bots dpsing
it’s my point of view :d
however , i respect survivals

Hunter is not the best class in wow, but it’s definitely among the more fun DPS classes while having a decent amount of utility to help their group/raid.
With that in mind, I would rather uninstall the game than play worgen anything.
Their utility is quite good actually, with decent amount of different kind of CC, BL, sustain CDs and dispel.
Out of all classes, you pick the hunter as a class without cool utility, and it basically has everything.
Personally I think it is the best class because Rexxar was the best playable hero in WCIII

i dont know for me mage are betters hunters , it’s like warrior , i feel like monks are just betters warrior when you look at the kit
Mage is obviously a better class than hunter yes
Still doesn’t mean hunter is bad or it doesn’t have utility

Posting on one of my hunters to show appreciation for this class! The Night Fae mail mog looks absolutely GORGEOUS on my Nightborne hunter - I love it so much!
Plus as a Nightborne she got an adorable manasaber as a starting pet - what more could you ask for?
Cute pets, nice and fun to play, “casts” of shots on MM (e.g. aimed shot) aren’t interrupted by quaking… Lots of reasons to love this class! Haven’t played much survival as I suck at melee but both BM and MM are good fun!

Always mained a BM hunter since 2007, still do, but am finding more fun at the moment with a DH, WW monk and Destro lock.

Love shooting arrows with a bow.
Controlling the fight with a pet is a nice touch. Having one, too.
I most enjoyed the rotations of WLK Survival - a DoT ranged spec with juggling cooldowns. Black Arrow, Explosive Shot. 24-12-6 second rotation segments.
The WoD (or Legion?) version was kinda similar, but thematically different. Shots replaced by various beast commands, stings replaced by swooping birds.
Not a fan of melee in general.

One word: Guns. Hunters are the only class that has so far fully embraced the power of gun powder and decided to modernize. Outlaw rogues are trying to embrace it as well, but they aren’t there just yet.

You might think you’re the best class but mail is the worst armor type and therefor you cannot be best. For every cool mail piece there are 20 leather and plate ones.
Sorry but the best class is obviously warrior.

Pfft, lies! Warriors can’t heal! Druid is clearly the best class we can do every role! Want to be a tank? No problem! Healer? Sure! Ranged DPS? Great! Melee DPS? Of course!
Plus who needs pets when you can turn into a cute kitty cat yourself?
