Why is the new Gummi worm promotional pet for US only?

As a pet collector who has almost every pet in game, it seems crazy unfair not to be able to get this new promotional pet.

Blizzard prefers na over eu sadly. It’s like that with most of the big gaming companies unfortunately

If you have a friend in the States who can buy them and do the necessary with the receipt, it is possible to claim it on a EU account.
