why is the ogre race still not in the horde?
it’s one of the most iconic races in wow, i don’t understand why it’s still not available

I remember this race being asked for, for so many years.
I’m just hoping with whatever the next race will be, which will be added, will be something that is interesting and not another copy & paste of an existing race.

Ogre race should have been added in WoD coz there is ogre in raid/dungeon and world. Yeah, I dont understand either!!!

Because warcraft ogres as faction suck, they are warhammer ogres but without anything interesting about them. They look good as mobs to kill though
They could turn Belves into a neutral core race like Pandaren, and then add Ogres to the Horde core to restore balance

In Classic Horde was Asking for Ogres and Alliance for High Elf.
Horde got B,Elf 25%+ Race representation ~
Alliance go Draenei 2.3% Race representation ~
Looking at the Numbers the total Races for Alliance added since Classic is equal to a Single Race for Horde.
We Also have the Total population that is 68% ~ 32% in favor of Horde due the Horde Favorism over the years.

Because Blizzard is making an Alliance game, elves and dwarves everywhere, so why improve Horde

If I remember correctly Ogres were going to be added back in Cataclysm but were switched out with Goblins instead
High elves in the alliance first. And no void elves does not count. They’re ren’dorei. We want Quel’dorei.
Actually thinking about it, there are now 3 dwarves races and Horde can now have one of them. This means we’ll see the following happen very soon.
Alliance will soon get either a Tauren race or Orc race. The next for Horde will be a Gnome race!

warhammer ogres are drunken savages with guns. Warcraft Ogres are in theory able to craft a civilization similar to the roman empire.

warhammer ogres are maneater drunken savages with guns whose entire race work around sating their hunger which is funny and grotesquely unique because their hunger is literaly driving motivator for ALL of their actions, warcraft ogres are savage monster race N#54353634653674235324 that are basically losers that were humilated by all of their neighbours including orcs.
Not really, I mean they do have guns but ogres from 40k emulate people they are close to. Like it wouldn’t be out of place to see an ogre who believes he’s a battle priest of Sigmar.
On the other hand Blizzard does not really give us a clear image of ogres. On one hand they are stupid. Most quests in game present them as stupid, the novels present them as stupid, but you have them building empires. So yeah, make up your minds. Are they stupid or not?
Anyway, I’ve had a name reserved for an ogre for years now. If Blizzard would be so kind, it’s time. Especially considering we got dumb races pulled out of where the sun don’t shine like dragon-people.
