Why is it possible to request unopened mail to be returned to the sending character if the wait time is more than 3 days? I opened the support errand with an average wait time of 2 days and 7 hours and now more than 3 days later I am still not receiving any news.
Obviously it takes some time to get through tickets, but considering the requirement for the mail to be returnable is that it is not opened it’s really ironic that you’re forced to wait more than half a week (all on business days) even if you catch your own mistake within seconds of it happening.
We all make mistakes, we can even spot our mistakes quickly, that does not mean that CS will prioritise our ticket to correct our mistake over other players who may have much more pressing issues, hacked accounts, cant log in, etc etc. It’s frustrating having to wait, I get that, but wait we must.
You do realize there is a pandemic at the moment affecting almost every companies ability to provide service at their best level? At the start of this pandemic, wait time was over 7 days… so be thankful they have been able to reduce it by quite a bit.

There are countless tickets they have to sift through that are unnecessary, which i would encourage you to also make a thread in GD to as regular player to stop doing it.
Then the GM’s can actually go and help with reasonable tickets.
