I have searched high and low and there’s nothing. It’s Friday am, not a normal maintenance period. Why is there no post in the forums or on discord or something?
Okay maybe there was something in the launcher.i spotted a message before I logged in a few hours ago but I missed what it said and now it won’t come back. Surely we should be able to access those alerts again if if has useful information?

So there is a small white banner on the battle.net launcher page for wow informing about this shutdown, but since it is usually there almost all week informing about the weekly maintenance I often don’t look at it.
However, if you have your Battle.net launcher set to English you may not have seen the banner at all, because it only shows up if you go into the settings on your Battle.net launcher and change the language to English (UK) instead of the default English (US).
