Why is wow crashing?

Since the last patch, I cant play 5 mins without crashing, one actually messed my PC up so much it forced a restart.
I’ve moved my graphics down to 6. still crashing. it’s not like I’m even going anything to make it crash. mostly flying, but 2nd to last crash I was just standing in a city.
I also just update the addons I use, still crashed :s
do I have to wait for another patch? :S

If that doesn’t help try reinstalling wow completely via BNet.
