Why my account got suspended?

Hi
i was playing wow but suddenly i got disconnected and my account got suspended for no reason.I haven’t done anything wrong or violate blizzard rules but still my account got suspended.
Why my account got suspended and can you remove it ?

this is what i got in email:
Violation: Inappropriate language

Other players have repeatedly reported you for inappropriate language.

Your suspension will expire on: 2020 Aug 07 14:08 UTC

this what i got in email , I was advertising for WTS +10 KEY for 50 K in trade chat and that is not a violation of blizzard rules whatsover. pp do this all the time and i didn’t use bad language

Yeah, it sounds like you got mass reported because they didn’t like you selling boosting services, even though it’s perfectly legal. Just appeal your ban and they will probably remove it.

I already opened a ticket but i need to wait 1 day or more for an answer , hopefully it will be faster here

I’d suggest there is some confusion here.

I believe the OP thinks he has been auto-banned for 7 days for Selling keys in trade chat.

Now, lets look at the evidence.
(Puts on Sherlock holme’s cap and fills pipe with tobacco).

Firstly,
In game suspensions (i.e. NOT chat squelch/silences) are not automatic, they are the result of a Game Master applying a suspension.
Selling keys is not inappropriate language, it’s spam.
Spamming can result in a silence, but rarely ever a in game suspension.

I suspect the Game Master has just reached a ticket/report where the OP has used bad language in the past and the Game Master has now applied an appropriate penalty. The fact the OP happened to be spamming trade at that time is merely coincedence.

OP: You can appeal your suspension via ticket, the forums is not the place and also as you have been advised on the CS forum, the Blizzard forum staff cannot assist, your appeal must be via ticket.

So, it was professor plum, in the library, with the candlestick. It’s elementary my dear forum readers.

Only Blizzard Employees have moderation tools for the forum. Don’t worry, enough posts in that thread were reported that one will no doubt be along soon.

Mass Reporting will trigger automated bans though… and given the community fighting so hard against the rights for boosting to exist. it wouldnt suprise me if alot of people are reporting you everytime u’ve advertised.

It doesn’t matter ,anway I’ll never do this again on my main account so even I got banned it will be a starter edition account.
