Hi, I wanted to ask if maybe someone knows or has the same problem. My wow has become very slow, loading into the game, teleporting between places takes an eternity. On dragonflight I didn’t have that. Is there maybe an option that can speed up my game or maybe someone knows what can slow it down?
Yes I agree. Loading screen very slow and FPS veering between 7 and 60 in cities.
I’d first check if you have any addons that slow down your game. Disabling them all and see if it is still slow may be a good, initial, idea.

Are you running it on an SSD?
I had very slow and now it says can’t login and that character with that name already exist. Pretty cool because I will lose now 300k because of this since I can’t access my warbank for something to do with professions. great game

Too many, usually not. But some addons tend to cause errors or are otherwise incompatible with the current version or relatively straining. Especially the ones which haven’t been updated for awhile. This can, and I’ve seen it happen, cause quite some delays especially when loading.
Just wait 15 minutes and try again, this happens now and then. Eventually the logged-in-but-no-logged-in character will logout (on the server) again and you’ll be fine.
In that case I’d advise you to ask somebody who’s a bit tech-savy to check if your D drive is an HDD or SSD.
If it’s an HDD, it’s completely normal for the game to load forever. This is easily fixable by just installing an SSD instead of the HDD (or in addition). This takes just a few minutes and isn’t that expensive. You already get decent SSDs at prices starting at about 30 Eur.
