And it can stop being faction bound. It has happened over the years. There have been some faction-bound achievements that had separated the alliance/horde versions that has been merged into a single neutral achievement. Just search for Loremaster of Kalimdor in Classic WOTLK Wowhead and Retail Wowhead, is faction based in WOTLK but neutral in Retail.
Maybe I could accept the possibility that you are correct if you explain your arguments about why you are correct. When someone insists that he is correct without any reason I won’t accept it because I could never accept the argument this is true because I said so.
